The highest points on Earth provide some of the best vantage points to attain the greatest of heights, a true connectedness with the world. You need to be in peak form to summit, such altitudes take their toll on the body and only the most adventurous with wildness in their hearts can conquer the mountain!
Pico Cristóbal Colón, Colombia
The fifth highest mountain peak in the world, its peak is an estimated 5,700m (18,700ft) above sea level – it is part of the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta mountain range.
Mount Kilimanjaro, Tanzania
The highest mountain peak in Africa, its peak is 5,895m (19,340ft) above sea level – it is a dormant volcano and is not part of any mountain range.
Denali, USA
The highest mountain peak in North America, its peak is 6,190m (20,308ft) above sea level – it is part of the Alaska mountain range.
Aconcagua, Argentina
The highest mountain peak outside of Asia, its peak is 6,962m (22,841ft) above sea level – it is part of the Andes mountain range.
